random mutterings

My head is so full of thoughts that I can't seem to concentrate on just one thing. I always seem to have this problem so I am trying to start writing everything down. That way I can always refer back and not stress about forgetting.

Our first assignment for the art journal challenge is to create one page that introduces you to a stranger. For example if someone was to find your journal how would you introduce yourself to them. How would you describe yourself, would it be just name date, address or would you use characteristics?

I have been thinking about this and I still don't know exactly what direction I would go. I will definitely included my name and email address, but other than that I am stuck.

I am listening to the Lion, Witch and the Wardrobe on cd and I am wondering what exactly is Turkish delight?? I went to the internet to research and I found this page which has a recipe. I still don't know what it is. Maybe I should try and make some.

Anyway, I absolutely adore the Focus on the Family Radio Theatre production of the Narnia chronicles. I am already on the 2nd book. My car trips are now adventures and not just a way to get to work or the store.

I am currently reading "The Fisherman's Lady" by George MacDonald. I want to read more of MacDonald's work. Particularly his faerie tales. I found found that most of MacDonald's work is out of print and hard to find. I will definitely be on the look for his books from now own. MacDonald is the favorite author of C.S. Lewis and even Tolkien referred to MacDonalds writings.

I fell on my butt this morning while I tried to walk down the stairs. It was pretty funny, but my tailbone is sore!
