okay so i am trying to cook more. i am using my
trusty rachel ray cookbook. i am searching through it looking for an easy recipe and i find one for egg drop soup. while reading the recipe out loud i noted it said to scramble eggs, cheese, etc and drop into soup. my mil and my hubby started louding debating that you can't scramble the eggs for soup. they decided that the recipe must mean "mix together" not cook the eggs. i of course quietly sat and listened because i wasn't going to admit that i would have actually cooked the eggs. it never crossed my mind that "scramble" meant "combine ingredients" oh well!! ima learnin'! :)
